JimiG's "AnÖmaly music project"
ANÖMALY
The music project JimiG’s AnÖmaly consists of a group of well versed Detroit based musicians that chose to get science and engineering degrees in mid 80’s, but never giving up on their passion for music. It also consists of many songs where Jim Lasak, aka “JimiG” plays all the instrument.
Despite the challenging “day jobs” designing things you probably have used in your life, like automobiles, audiophile sound systems, vehicle control modules in our automobiles, electronics, and other engineering devices or services; these guys never stopped making music, it is part of their DNA! The project was born of many "one nighters", or shall we say, "ALL NIGHTERS".
Jimi G Lasak founder of AnÖmaly purchased a home recording studio in 1990 and has continued to collaborate with his friends noted above over all these years. This culminated in the music project currently known as JimiG's AnÖmaly. "The music genre is sort of all over the map, so this is why I call this project JimiG' AnÖmaly". The music is most likely not what you are expecting. I can guarantee one thing, much thought and detail have gone into it, and I hope you enjoy the results. It's a labor of love! I have been having so much fun, composing, engineering, performing, and producing, the project will be releasing new music on August 13, 2024 at noon Pacific time.
